Job Description
As a People & Culture Business Partner at Flipster, you will act as a trusted advisor and partner to team leaders, providing coaching insights aligning with business goals. You will conduct regular 1:1s to understand team challenges and needs, while you develop and implement an effective competency framework that aligns with department performance as well as designing training programs.
You will analyze organizational improvements for total rewards based on market trends. You will also develop data dashboards to report and track key HR metrics. You will cultivate high performing teams and leaders plus serve as advisor on HR-related matters within an agile, fast-paced environment.
