Senior Privacy Counsel, Americas

About The Role:

• Serve as Trustly's specialist privacy adviser for the Americas region.
• Lead the development and implementation of privacy strategies tailored to the Americas region.
• Navigate the complex and rapidly evolving privacy landscape.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute privacy and data protection strategy for the Americas region.
• Conduct and oversee privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs).
• Lead privacy breach preparedness and incident response efforts.

Who You Are:

• Proven experience in a consumer-facing environment, with understanding of consumer privacy expectations.
• Experience implementing privacy by design principles.
• Strong project management skills to manage multiple complex privacy initiatives.
