Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full delivery cycle of technical projects, mainly in CX and telecom environments.
  • Handle both fixed-scope and Time & Materials (T&M) projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • Create and maintain project plans, including tasks, timelines, owners, and milestones.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of hands-on project management experience with significant exposure to CX, telecom, or infrastructure.
  • Proven experience managing technical projects from initiation through closure, including ownership of scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and Excel for tracking and financial analysis.
