Deal Desk Analyst

About the Role:

• The Deal Desk Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the sales organization by managing the deal review and approval process.
• You will ensure pricing, discounting, and contract terms align with company policies and revenue goals.
• This role partners closely with sales, legal, and revenue operations teams to provide deal structuring and administrative support.

What You Will Do:

• Develop in-depth knowledge of Kinaxis licensing model, pricing, and commercial structures to provide deal support.
• Facilitate deal approvals, coordinating with Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure successful execution of complex sales deals.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, with 3-5 years of Deal Desk experience.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Advanced experience with Salesforce and CPQ tools, with a solid understanding of the quote-to-cash process.
