Deal Desk Analyst

About the Role:

• As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will be a key member of the Legal team, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal.
• You will support the commercial deal process, from pricing and quoting to drafting Order Forms and managing customer redlines.

Responsibilities:

• Develop deep understanding of product packaging, pricing, and commercial policies.
• Draft, review, and manage Order Forms, serving as primary Deal Desk contact.
• Partner cross-functionally to structure creative, customer-focused solutions.

Requirements:

• Located in Eastern or Central Time Zone.
• 2+ years of Deal Desk experience with SaaS transactions.
• Experience with Salesforce and CPQ platforms.
