Sr Deal Desk Manager

Job Description:

• Act as a trusted advisor to the sales team, collaborating on pricing, product, and commercial terms.
• Lead deal structuring efforts for critical client engagements, including client-facing negotiation.
• Ensure sales and negotiation strategies adhere to established discounting, legal, and revenue guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in finance, deal desk, contracts, sales operations, or revenue role with SaaS experience.
• Demonstrated success in large complex commercial and legal negotiations with procurement and legal teams.
• Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills; ability to develop trusted relationships with sales teams.

Additional Information:

• Base pay range of $166,100 - $244,800 plus equity, variable incentive compensation, and benefits.
