Job Description
The Executive Assistant will fully manage the Executiveβs calendar, build intelligent email systems, conduct focused research, produce high-quality deliverables using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, or other tools, and build foundational systems for managing follow-through, task tracking, and document control. They will also plan and coordinate travel and serve as a professional liaison with investors, leadership teams, bankers, vendors, and project partners. The ideal candidate will reduce email volume, improve calendar structure, and provide reliable briefings ahead of meetings with clear summaries.
