Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into actionable requests.
Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using declarative methods (Clicks, not code).
Ensure solutions are scalable and sophisticated to support business and user needs.

Experience:

Implement and maintain custom objects, fields, layouts, Flows, and approval processes.
Utilize validation rules, custom tabs, and reports/dashboards according to best practices.
Integrate Salesforce effectively with third-party and internally developed systems.

Additional Skills:

Effectively triage and prioritize projects, issues, and feature requests.
Operate within Agile principles, understanding the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
