Job Description

We are looking for a VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for retention of Australian VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value. You should be able to search and find solutions to customers’ issues and analyze customers’ behavior to keep a personalized relationship with VIP players. Your duties include monitoring customers’ performance & behavior in order to evaluate bonus crediting and ensuring that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations. Previous experience as a Sales agent or VIP Account Manager will be considered as an advantage. Hours must be worked during shifts (between 10am and 10pm; 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per month).
