Job Description

Schedule appointments, plan meetings, and maintain complex and changing calendars, while working through scheduling roadblocks — including proactive diary management and ownership of logistics. Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including customer-facing engagements, while executing seamlessly across time zones and short-notice changes. Arrange all travel to ensure consistency within company procedures, including overseas multi-destination trips, often at short notice, while supporting the organization in obtaining necessary travel documents such as Visa/passports. Maintain and reconcile Leadership expenses and credit cards in compliance with policy, including detailed attention to Concur processes. Draft and prepare routine and advanced correspondence including emails, presentations and reports. Review outgoing correspondence for accuracy, format consistency, signatures and conformance with executive procedures. Provide planning and logistical support with a high degree of autonomy and freedom, ensuring all aspects of executive support run smoothly. Optimize usage of leadership time by making decisions regarding short-term priorities and work activities. Act as a team player and peer mentor — someone who can be a buddy, bring experience, and help others grow.
