Position Summary:

  • Promote the first FDA-approved treatment for Rett syndrome.
  • Own and execute territory strategy and analyze market insights.
  • Build cross-functional partnerships in a rare disease landscape.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Report to Regional Business Leader and align with sales team goals.
  • Build relationships with HCPs and multidisciplinary care teams.
  • Deliver MLR-approved educational messages and disease-state information.

Education/Experience/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences preferred.
  • 8+ years pharmaceutical sales experience with 5 years in specialty/rare disease.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
