Role & Impact:

  • Partner across Product, Operations, and Technology to help identify, design, and support the adoption of intelligent automation and AI-enabled solutions within the Health business unit.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements, including process flows, decision logic, data needs, and integration points to deliver scalable, responsible, and high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead structured discovery sessions to understand current processes and identify opportunities for AI, automation, and workflow improvements.
  • Evaluate and help shape AI and automation use cases, ensuring alignment with business needs, technical feasibility, and enterprise standards.
  • Create documentation such as process maps, use case descriptions, data flows, and solution requirements.
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to support solution design, testing, and validation for AI-enabled and automated solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with 5+ years in a Business Analyst or similar role within a technology-enabled environment.
  • Experience supporting automation, workflow optimization, or AI-related projects, with a technical understanding of system architecture, APIs, data structures, and integrations.
  • Familiarity with modern AI and automation tools, such as conversational AI and low-code platforms, combined with strong communication skills to explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical partners.
