Serve as the primary executive coach and strategic advisor to Chapter Executive Directors, strengthening leadership effectiveness, strategic thinking, and decision-making.
Develop individualized leadership development plans and provide candid feedback, mentorship, and accountability.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and peer learning across the Chapter network.

Community Influence & Strategic Growth:

Coach EDs in building power, influence, and credibility within their communities as recognized voices for military families.
Strengthen ability to cultivate high-value relationships with military, civic, corporate, government, and philanthropic leaders.
Mentor EDs in entrepreneurial thinking, opportunity identification, and strategic growth.

Chapter Portfolio Leadership & Accountability:

Provide direct management oversight for approximately five to six Chapters, setting clear expectations for financial sustainability and impact.
Maintain a regular cadence of executive coaching, strategic performance reviews, and leadership development conversations.
Serve as rating official for assigned EDs, conducting performance evaluations and recommending interventions.
