Responsibilities include acquiring and qualifying high-potential partners, ensuring strong partner-market fit, technical skills, and business alignment, as well as recruiting agencies motivated to build a service offering around n8n. Further responsibilities involve designing onboarding, enablement, and certification programs, building reusable resources, and driving partner education. The role requires driving pipeline, collaborating with sales and marketing, planning joint GTM campaigns, and acting as the voice of the partner internally.
