Job Summary:
- Manage customer inquiries, resolve balances, and process payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle client communications to address payment inquiries and collections.
- Maintain AR records, analyze aging reports, and escalate high-risk accounts.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Credit teams.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma minimum; Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting preferred.
- 1-3 years in collections or AR with ERP proficiency.
