Responsibilities:
- Support active hiring requirements and coordinate with recruiters
- Review, format, and manage candidate profiles before client submission
- Schedule interviews and manage feedback and follow-ups
Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of experience in sourcing/ recruiting support and delivery support roles
- Experience working in technology consulting or IT services environments
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
