As a Customer Success Manager at ScriptRunner, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring customers not only use but love our products. You'll leverage your expertise in ScriptRunner to engage with a diverse portfolio of growth clients, providing hands-on, consultative services that drive customer satisfaction and retention. Your mission will be to reduce churn, identify growth opportunities, and enhance the overall health of our customer relationships. Responsibilities include working closely with key growth clients, enhancing customer experience, proactively contacting clients, participating in marketing initiatives, and gathering customer feedback.
