Job Description

As the Capital Sales Manager, you will drive sales of capital equipment to mining companies and EPC firms in Toronto. Emphasizing the delivery of complete solutions, leverage industry knowledge to foster company growth. This role, part of a regional team, meets sales objectives and identifies business opportunities for the Weir portfolio. Engage early in projects to understand customer needs, build relationships, mitigate risks, customize solutions, shorten sales cycles, and maximize upselling opportunities. Communicate effectively and cultivate lasting business relationships. Communicate seamlessly with local units and stakeholders for resource optimization. Establish strong relationships with Divisions, Regions, and stakeholders within Weir. Develop strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and market share growth. Create presentations, proposals, and contracts, leveraging internal resources. Nurture relationships with mining companies, EPC firms, consultancy firms, and associations. Willingness to travel up to 50%.
