Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotes and calculate turnaround times for clients.
- Conduct follow-up of quotes to achieve target acceptance rate.
- Monitor client satisfaction and changes in service usage.
Sales and Strategy:
- Detect new sales opportunities and retain existing accounts.
- Discuss sales strategies with Business Developers.
- Advise clients on project management and cost efficiency.
Finance and Communication:
- Ensure accurate registration of client information in systems.
- Communicate project details clearly and professionally.
- Convey client requests effectively to Project Managers.
Requirements:
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
- Total command of Microsoft Office.
- 2-4 years of customer-facing experience in localization or translation.
