Application Integration Engineer

As an Application Integration Engineer on Ridgeline’s Internal IT team, you will design and implement comprehensive integrations that connect our internal systems and support our company’s growth. Your work will help reduce friction, improve security, and automate essential business functions. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver thoughtful, consistent solutions using modern cloud platforms like AWS and AI tools including ChatGPT and Glean Agent. You'll be encouraged to experiment, bring new ideas, and help guide teammates to deliver secure, high-quality outcomes. You will build reliable and adaptable integrations, partner with Security, HR, Legal, and other departments. You will also apply AI technologies to boost internal productivity.
