Your Role:
- Report to the National Claims Manager and assess liability across single vehicle, multi-vehicle, theft, and third-party claims.
- Manage disputed claims and support the manager with escalated matters.
- Respond to AFIA complaints and external dispute resolution within required timeframes.
Your Skills:
- Experience in motor, rental vehicle, or general insurance claims handling.
- Demonstrated ability to assess liability, investigate, and resolve disputes in a customer-focused environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage a high-volume workload.
