Manager, Program Management (Vendor Operations)

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end performance of vendor operations.
• Develop and execute strategies to scale vendor capacity.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor partners.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Operations or Vendor Management.
• 3+ years of experience directly managing a team.
• Proven experience managing large-scale third-party operations.
