Job Description
Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategy for OKX in Europe that aligns with business growth objectives. Formulate revenue strategy and revenue optimisation based on the product offering of OKX in Europe. Work closely with the local executive leadership team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company. Lead our partnership work in Europe through identifying the right partners to work with plus executing any partnership negotiations. Manage relationships with high-networth individuals and key clients in Europe ensuring positive customer experience. Drive cross-functional focus on customer outcomes, value and experience. Build strong alignment between sales, marketing, product and other related business areas. Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and product innovation.
