Job Description

Onboarding and Implementation:

  • Own and lead end-to-end onboarding for new Daylight customers.
  • Drive technical and operational readiness, guiding customers through data validation, configuration, and integrations.
  • Design, build, and refine scalable onboarding processes.

Subject Matter Expertise:

  • Act as a senior subject matter expert on Daylight and multifamily revenue management concepts.
  • Support internal teams with Daylight expertise, including troubleshooting and internal enablement.
  • Identify recurring friction points in implementation and partner with Product/Support/CS to resolve root causes.

Project Management and Communication:

  • Manage multiple complex implementations simultaneously, coordinating stakeholders.
  • Set clear expectations and timelines for customers, proactively surface risks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation discipline.
