Job Description
Technical support and administration of the Atlassian product suite including Confluence, Jira Software, and Jira Service Management and related plugins. Collaborate with end users to design and implement automation rules and scripts to meet business requirements. Maintain runbooks and related documentation. Customizing workflows, issue types, fields, and screens to meet the needs of the organization. Setting up and configuring dashboards and reports to provide project status and progress visibility. Advise users on how to optimize their use of these applications to support/ align with related business processes. Evaluate and implement plugins and integrations. Participate in all agile ceremonies. Participate in testing and implementing upgrades. Work with IT Product Managers and Engineers on larger initiatives. Developing and maintaining integrations with other systems, such as source control and build systems. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with internal toolings Training and supporting end-users on the use of Jira
