Senior People Partner - Contract

Scope of Work:

• Translate defined business priorities into actionable people strategies to support culture and team performance.
• Partner with managers to assess people needs and provide recommendations on organizational design and talent management.
• Analyze trends and metrics to identify gaps and develop targeted solutions for the People team's review.

Engagement & Compensation:

• This is an hourly independent contractor (1099) engagement with rate and deliverables defined in a Statement of Work.
• The engagement does not include employee benefits, equity, paid time off, or other employment-related compensation.
• The contractor is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses.

Location & Requirements:

• This is a fully remote engagement requiring the contractor to be based in and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable high-speed internet access is required for the role.
• The contractor will work closely with the Chief People Officer and People & Talent team.
