Job Description

As Director of Strategic Accounts โ€“ UK, you will lead complex, high-value relationships with a small portfolio of enterprise clients across the United Kingdom and greater EMEA. Youโ€™ll play a critical role in shaping long-term partnerships, navigating large-scale opportunities from early discovery through expansion, and helping clients solve deeply complex technical and operational challenges. Youโ€™ll act as a thought partner to senior executives, collaborating across internal teams (Growth, Product, Tech, Legal, and Delivery) to translate abstract goals into tangible, scalable AI-enabled solutions. Your focus will be on net-new business development, strategic expansion, and long-term client impactโ€”owning relationships that may begin at $1M and grow to $20M+ over time.
