Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Oracle HCM integrations across HR, payroll, benefits, finance, and compliance.
- Build secure data flows using SQL, PL/SQL, Python, Java, HDL, and OIC.
- Optimize performance and ensure SOX/PII compliance.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in Oracle HCM integrations, with deep knowledge of Core HR, Benefits, Absence, and Time & Labor.
- Expert in HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.
Benefits:
- $130,000-$150,000 USD annual salary and remote work from anywhere in the US.
