Oracle Project Manager - Oracle Cloud HR and Payroll (Bilingual Spanish Preferred)

Role Overview:

• Lead full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll implementations, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Serve as the primary client contact and coordinate functional and technical teams across the US and Mexico.
• Drive project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement for complex enterprise transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project plans, RAID logs, budgets, resources, and status reporting for all implementation phases.
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews, UAT, cutover preparation, and post-go-live support activities.
• Coordinate configurations, data conversion, integrations, and training to ensure successful system adoption.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of project management experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll implementations.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, HR/payroll processes, and cross-module dependencies.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is highly preferred; PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
