Role Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Recruitment SME and Lead to drive recruitment process excellence and technology optimization in a fully remote environment.
- You will serve as a trusted advisor to recruitment teams and key stakeholders, translating business needs into effective technical solutions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead and oversee recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud Recruitment modules, providing guidance and technical support.
- Conduct recruitment data analysis, validation, and quality checks to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of experience in recruitment process management with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud Recruitment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Benefits:
