The Mastercard, Dynamic Yield Sales team is looking for a Sales Director to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. This role involves leveraging an existing industry network to create pipeline opportunities, closing deals with a focus on long-term and in-year revenue, and bringing in incremental new sales in North America. Responsibilities include navigating the broader Mastercard ecosystem, performing comprehensive analysis of client needs, building relationships with stakeholders, managing the sales cycle from client needs identification through contractual development, and developing sales-support materials. Additionally, the role ensures engagement quality and follow-on opportunity identification.
