Responsibilities:

  • Partner between IT and the business teams to provide software application support.
  • Elicit and document business requirements, create test plans and perform quality assurance testing.
  • Work closely with business users to understand their needs and identify inefficiencies.

Qualifications:

  • Five+ years of related IT experience and ability to identify and create detailed requirements.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft SQL server querying databases.
  • Detail oriented with strong analysis, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
