Senior Director, Global Partner Success

About the Role:

• The Senior Director, Global Partner Success will design and establish the new partner success operating model for strategic partners.
• This role reports to the SVP, Global Alliances and is accountable for partner capability growth, health, delivery readiness, and implementation quality across the global partner ecosystem.

What You Will Do:

• Create the global operating model, including partner health scoring, dashboards, and regular cadence to manage partner capacity and delivery.
• Plan ecosystem capacity by translating market demand into capability requirements and align certification and enablement to market needs.
• Drive measurable performance using data and insight, and own the partner success lifecycle from recruitment through maturity.

Qualifications:

• Significant leadership experience in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, consulting, or technology ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of GSIs, regional integrators, and strategic technology partners, plus strong supply chain and APS systems knowledge.
• Demonstrated success designing partner lifecycle frameworks and transforming operating models with change leadership and executive-level business cases.
