Group Product Manager, Customer Acquisition India

About the Role:

• Senior product leadership role focused on driving acquisition and growth for a portfolio of B2C products.
• Set strategy, lead a team of Product Managers, and collaborate across functions to turn insights into outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate product strategy and a clear portfolio of opportunities.
• Lead and develop a team of four Product Managers, including coaching and performance management.
• Partner with senior leaders to establish priorities and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
• Drive initiatives to improve conversion, revenue, profitability, and customer lifetime value.

What We're Looking For:

• Significant product management experience, ideally in B2C platforms or portfolios.
• Proven leadership in developing product managers and driving measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data, experimentation, and customer insights.
• Experience with AI and emerging technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
