Job Description

Lead the North East regional sales team and support each team member in achieving their goals. Develop and execute a clear and scalable sales strategy that aligns with regional needs and Mark43’s mission. Build and maintain relationships with public safety leaders, including agency executives and command staff. Provide guidance on navigating long and complex government sales processes, including procurement, RFPs, and product evaluations. Forecast revenue and performance across the region and provide regular updates to senior leadership. Partner with teams across the company, including Product, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing, to ensure a strong customer experience. Represent Mark43 at industry events, public safety forums, and conferences. Monitor public sector trends and identify opportunities for thoughtful and sustainable growth.
