What You'll Do:
- Build and manage relationships with surgeons and key stakeholders to integrate Solventum solutions into surgical practice.
- Consult on the safe and effective use of Solventum products by attending OR cases and providing procedural support.
- Increase advanced therapy utilization of incision management and wound healing solutions, including NPWT.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 4 years of medical sales or clinical experience OR High School Diploma/GED AND 8 years of experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and a current, valid Driver’s License.
- Willingness to be on-call and travel up to 20% overnight.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Expected compensation range is $158,000 - $217,250, including base pay plus variable incentive pay.
- Eligible for benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Accounts, and Retirement Benefits.
- Remote work location with field-based role and overnight travel anticipated.
