About the Role:

  • Reporting to the VP of Sales, you'll be the backbone of demand planning, ensuring accurate forecasts align Sales, Finance, and Operations.
  • Collaborate with Sales on promo planning, lifts, and new item launches to enable growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance with 3–5 years of forecasting or demand planning experience in CPG.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills, experience with ERP or planning systems, and comfort in fast-paced environments.

Core Competencies:

  • Analytical and detail-driven with strong cross-functional communication skills.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and thrive in an entrepreneurial setting.
