Role Overview:
- Serve as the strategic and operational partner to the General Manager, ensuring every forecast and process is defensible.
- Drive commercial rigour in a private equity-backed environment with short planning cycles and high performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end forecasting process, building models that provide real-time visibility into revenue risk and upside.
- Support deal reviews, enforce CRM data integrity, and embed MEDDIC/MEDDPICC qualification standards across the sales team.
- Partner with Marketing to ensure 3–4x funnel coverage and provide commercially grounded feedback on pipeline quality.
Qualifications:
- 8–15 years of enterprise software or ERP commercial experience, with a focus on sales operations or commercial finance.
- Proven ability to improve forecast accuracy in a multi-million dollar ARR business and work alongside senior sales leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and BI tools, with a deep understanding of sales methodologies.
