Job Description

As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will:

  • Own and resolve high-priority technical issues for enterprise customers via various channels.
  • Act as the point of escalation for frontline support engineers.
  • Troubleshoot data from various sources, including telematics devices and APIs.

Additionally, you will:

  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams for bug resolution and product improvement.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and best practices for internal knowledge bases.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
