Job Description
Responsibilities:
- HR administration: Manage HR tasks for France, guide managers on employment actions, and handle documentation.
- Payroll: Prepare monthly payroll variables (hires, exits, commissions, time-off, leaves, allowances, benefits changes)
- Global coordination: Coordinate global processes, track tasks and deadlines, and maintain checklists.
- HRIS: Maintain employee data accuracy in HRIS and connected tools.
Collaboration:
- Work with the People Ops Lead, Payroll providers, Finance, Talent Acquisition, IT, and employees across Europe.
- Support employees and managers as the direct point of contact for HR operational matters
