Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate flexibility by moving between claims handling, coaching, and feedback
- Consistently achieve or exceed goals while overcoming obstacles
- Align team performance with client and customer expectations
Job Duties:
- Serve as backup leader when the Manager is out of office
- Oversee onboarding tasks, system access, and new hire cultural immersion
- Exercise increased reserve and payment authority and assist with moderate claim reviews
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial total loss experience focused on transportation claims adjusting
- 2+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a remote environment
- Comfortable with technology and eager to evolve claims systems and processes to drive efficiency and better outcomes
