The recruiting leader in Argentina will play a foundational role in how Webflow scales and succeeds across Latin America, leading full-cycle hiring across high-impact roles in Engineering, Product, Marketing, and G&A. This role involves shaping how Webflow shows up in-market, building the recruiting foundation for their newest hub, and growing a team. You’ll partner closely with leaders across Talent, Total Rewards, Legal, People Operations, and Employee Experience to help build the broader employment experience in Argentina.
You will lead full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, Marketing, and G&A roles in Argentina, build local recruiting operations and shape the long-term talent strategy for the region. Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional leaders to drive alignment and results. You will hire and develop a small, high-performing recruiting team in a remote-first setting. Work with Legal, People Operations, and Total Rewards partners to ensure compliant, equitable, and sustainable practices, helping define and steward the culture of our Argentina hub, from candidate experience to team identity.
