Job Description
Driving New Business:
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals for driving new business in assigned territory.
- Develop and execute scalable outbound strategies to convert prospects into Knock partners.
- Achieve a minimum of 70 loan applications per month through effective outreach, education, and partner enablement.
Partner Engagement & Enablement:
- Manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts, nurturing relationships to deepen engagement and increase application volume.
- Host regular meetings, training sessions, and workshops with lender and agent partners.
- Lead strategic initiatives to grow top-of-funnel engagement and drive repeat applications.
Collaboration & Performance:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for partners and their customers.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including partnerships, leads, pipeline growth, and loan applications.
- Champion collaboration and contribute to a high-performing, positive team culture.
