Vendor Manager

As Stripe’s user base and global footprint grows, they are looking for an experienced Vendor manager to lead outsourced support operations. The vendors provide user support across email, chat, and phone, generate sales, qualify leads, perform risk reviews, and execute back-office functions. This role involves overseeing vendor operations for Stripe across user-facing teams, ensuring vendors deliver a world-class support experience. The Vendor Manager will work closely with cross-functional leaders and operational teams across Product Sales Operations, Enablement, and Infrastructure teams. Responsibilities include building and owning operational relationships across key partners, holding partners and stakeholders accountable, managing vendor sites, leading business reviews, and driving KPI performance.
