AWS Technical Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationships associated with Managed Service Agreements and AWS Cloud projects.
• Assign, oversee, and provide direction to technical team members to ensure milestones are met.
• Organize, execute, and deliver cloud-based projects like migrations and Well Architected Reviews.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of project management experience in tech.
• Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud Services and project management methodology.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience managing AWS customer environments.
• AWS certifications such as Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect Associate.
• Experience in an MSP or customer-facing technical account management role.
