Leadership & Organizational Development:

  • Recruit and develop a world-class Customer Success team including Directors and individual contributors.
  • Define team structure, roles, and career paths to support growth and foster a culture of accountability.

Client Portfolio Management:

  • Own net revenue retention and gross revenue retention across the full client portfolio.
  • Serve as Executive Sponsor for strategic accounts, driving renewal and expansion strategies.
