The Role:

  • This is a high-impact, strategic role for a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across engineering and business functions.
  • You will help shape the company by identifying, engaging, and closing exceptional talent across all technical and non-technical domains.
  • You will act as a trusted advisor on talent market dynamics, leveling, and compensation.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a mix of technical and non-technical hiring, including global experience.
  • Proven ability to hire across the stack and functions, from Rust engineers to business development leads.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles (systems, infrastructure, backend) with the ability to assess talent depth.
  • Exceptional sourcing skills for passive, hard-to-reach candidates and a strong track record of closing high-caliber talent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting in crypto, blockchain, or adjacent technical domains.
  • Familiarity with highly technical profiles such as Rust, C++, distributed systems, or cryptography.
  • Experience building recruiting infrastructure or being an early recruiting hire in a startup.
  • An existing network across both engineering and business talent pools.
