Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Translate global people frameworks into compliant, culturally effective regional execution to drive workforce and leadership effectiveness.
- Coach and advise regional senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and performance management.
- Lead complex, multi-country employee matters, partnering with legal and regional leaders to mitigate risk.
Role Essentials:
- Bachelor's degree required, with 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in a senior HR Business Partner role.
- Demonstrated experience supporting leaders across multiple countries with differing employment laws and cultures.
- Proven success operating in global, matrixed environments and partnering with local leaders and global HR teams.
