Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Translate global people frameworks into compliant, culturally effective regional execution to drive workforce and leadership effectiveness.
  • Coach and advise regional senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and performance management.
  • Lead complex, multi-country employee matters, partnering with legal and regional leaders to mitigate risk.

Role Essentials:

  • Bachelor's degree required, with 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in a senior HR Business Partner role.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting leaders across multiple countries with differing employment laws and cultures.
  • Proven success operating in global, matrixed environments and partnering with local leaders and global HR teams.
