- Analyze utilization data within financial reports.
- Generate insights from Enterprise Resource Planning software.
- Advise department heads about load balancing.
Team Leading, Coordinating, Managing:
- Partner to share learnings and best practices.
- Conduct regular resourcing meetings with group leads.
- Expedite solutions with teams to identify, hire, and onboard talent.
Financial & Administrative:
- Conduct quarterly talent need assessment.
- Facilitate moving work across revenue centers.
- Make recommendations, propose, and execute solution.
