Job Description
Sales Execution:
- Educate healthcare professionals on our product through in-person and virtual presentations.
- Achieve targets by effectively managing a territory, identifying opportunities for growth, and executing a strategic sales plan.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with key health care professionals to enhance brand loyalty.
Business Planning:
- Analyze market data to identify key opportunities and challenges within your territory.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet targets, ensuring all activities are compliant with industry regulations and company policy.Compliance:
- Ensure all activities are compliant with the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and expense reports.
Problem Solving & Optimization:
- Identify roadblocks and challenges in the consent collection process and be solutions focused to overcome these challenges.
- Develop and execute solutions to improve speed, efficiency, and success rate of HCP consent collection.
